Annual Meeting

  JPI holds annual meeting for presentation of technical papers, lectures, symposiums, etc. in Tokyo or elsewhere, for the purpose to achieve the objectives of the Institute while promoting fellowship among its members.

  The annual meetings sponsored by the Institute, such as mentioned above, number a total of more than 20, throughout the year. The scope of matters taken up on these occasions is highly expansive and diverse, including, but not limited to, petroleum related oil refining, oil products, computers, biotechnology, new materials and global environmental problems. These meetings are highly appreciated by the participants, and attendance has been significantly high at every meeting.

  The Institute not only organizes and holds its own international conferences, but also actively participates in programs sponsored by international organizations, including its cooperation with the Japanese National Committee of the World Petroleum Congresses, to exchange academic and technical information .
